Judith- Puff Pastry stuffed with Salmon, green beans, and potato and leeks galettes

Sarah- Cajan spiced Chicken, sweet corn risotto wrapped in green beans topped with sweet potato chips, yellow and red pepper couli, with deep fried okra 

Shaindl- Poached Sea Bass with an asian styled soy sauce wrapped in seaweed topped with a mango salsa, rice noodles, and fried cabbage

Mik- Roasted Chicken stuffed with Cranberry puree and carrots over a pomegranate sauce with a side of cauliflower puree and a small square of fried chicken topped with pistachio salt
