Eclaires and cinnabuns

So i haven't had wifi for the past two weeks... message me for recipes! i'd love to share.

eclaires and cream puffs made with a pate choux, filled with diplomat cream, and dipped in a bittersweet chocolate






A schnecken made with hazelnuts, cinnamon, and sugar... aka a cinnabun
