500g Flour
400g Butter
190g Powdered Sugar
1/2 tspn Orange Extract or 85g or Cocoa and Vanilla Extract (for chocolate lessen Flour to 425g)
pinch of Salt
113g Egg Yolk

Cream the butter, and sugar.
Add egg yolk and extract. Mix.
Add flour and salt.

Assemble doughs. Roll. Bake. Bite.
